• Check all refrigerant levels
• Electronic leak detection if necessary (once per contract)
• Inspect Evaporator Coils
• Inspect Condenser Coils
• Check high and low voltage to units
• Check amp draw on units at startup
• Check motors and fans for proper functioning
• Check limits and safeties
• Check copper tubing for refrigerant leaks
• Check all electrical connections
• Check all temperatures
• Inspect heat exchanger
• Test system capacitors
• Lubricate all moving parts, as necessary
• Check contactors for pitting and wear
• Blow out primary condensation drain line (once per contract)
• Condenser coil clean in Spring (water only)

*** All contracts include emergency service within 24 hours of dispatching call and 15% off all repairs outside of maintenance contract excluding freon cost.
